Chief Engineer

1. Participate in the formulation of the company's strategic plan and organize the formulation and implementation of the company's research and development plan.
2. Innovate the company's research and development mechanism and model to enhance the company's competitiveness.

Job Requirements:

1. Majored in chemical engineering during postgraduate study, or related majors such as polymer chemistry or organic chemistry.
2. Have more than 5 years of work experience in R&D or production in a listed company related to chemical synthesis.
3. Possess the ability of process technology innovation and practical chemical operation, and be able to formulate quality control specifications for chemical production.
4. Have good management and organizational skills, as well as excellent communication and expression abilities.
5. Candidates who have undertaken relevant national, provincial and ministerial-level projects will be given priority.
