Modification Engineer

Be responsible for the research and development of modified materials.

Job Requirements:

1. A bachelor's degree or above; major in chemical engineering, polymer materials, chemical engineering and technology and other related majors.
2. Have more than 15 years of work experience in material modification, and be proficient in organic synthesis, product separation and structural identification skills.
3. Have certain communication skills, communicate with employees from multiple departments such as equipment, marketing, and production, and coordinate work.
4. Possess knowledge in chemical and polymer research and development, and be able to independently carry out the synthesis, modification and research work of small molecules or polymers.
5. Be able to lead a team in scientific research and project work.
