R&D Engineer

1. Execute the research and development plan of the department.
2. Operate various instruments and analytical and testing equipment in a standardized manner.
3. Keep good experimental records, analyze the experimental results, and write experimental reports.
4. Manage the instruments, experimental utensils and reagents in the laboratory, etc.

Job Requirements:

1. A bachelor's degree or above (fresh graduates are accepted), majoring in relevant chemical engineering majors such as polymer chemistry, organic chemistry, analytical chemistry, etc.
2. Have more than 1 year of relevant work experience in chemical enterprises; those with a strong laboratory foundation and basic theoretical knowledge of organic synthesis, and who are able to independently complete the retrieval and review of literature will be given priority.
3. Need to have strong stress resistance and the spirit of being able to endure hardships.
4. Have strong execution ability, love scientific research work, and have work initiative.
