1. Operate the equipment of the position, including polymerization feeding, discharging and crushing, washing, drying, packaging, cleaning of production equipment, etc. 2. Assist other positions in production operations. 3. Other tasks assigned by the workshop director or team leader.

Job Requirements:

1. Under 40 years old and able to adapt to shift work (two shifts per day with three shifts in rotation). 2. Be in good health, able to endure hardships and work hard, and be diligent and eager to learn. 3. Obey the arrangements of the leaders.
