Administrative Specialist
1. Responsible for organizing the development of various management systems and workflows for the company, improving the company's management system, and supervising its implementation;
2. Responsible for organizing, preparing, and arranging various meetings of the company's management team, and keeping good meeting records; And inspect and supervise the implementation and execution of meeting resolutions;

7. Responsible for the establishment and preservation of various qualifications, certificates, and other archives of the company, as well as the annual inspection and renewal of licenses;
8. Responsible for the annual inspection of the company's business license, establishment, changes, and file management of the company;
9. Responsible for the planning, construction, maintenance, and management of the company's information management and system security management;
10. Responsible for the maintenance, repair, and management of the company's office equipment, network hardware, and monitoring devices;
11. Responsible for the establishment, maintenance, and secondary development of ERP and other information systems for the company and its subsidiaries;
12. Responsible for the maintenance, optimization, and operation of the company's online website;
13. Other administrative and information technology related work;
