Public Notice of the Results of the Cleaner Production Audit in 2023 of Shandong Horan Super Engineering Plastics Co., Ltd.

According to the "Notice of the Department of Ecology and Environment of Shandong Province on Issuing the List of Enterprises Subject to Mandatory Cleaner Production Audit in Shandong Province in 2023" (Lu Huan Zi [2023] No. 36), Shandong Horan Super Engineering Plastics Co., Ltd. carried out the cleaner production audit from April to December 2023. On December 14, the company organized relevant experts to conduct an evaluation and acceptance of the company's cleaner production audit in accordance with the requirements of the "Guidelines for the Evaluation and Acceptance of Cleaner Production Audit" (Huan Ban Ke Ji [2018] No. 5). After being reviewed by the experts, the company successfully passed the evaluation and acceptance. A total of 12 feasible cleaner production plans were proposed in this round of cleaner production audit, including 10 non/low-cost plans and 2 medium/high-cost plans. All 12 cleaner production plans have been implemented, with a total investment of 8.46 million yuan. The company can obtain an annual economic benefit of 4.7924 million yuan, save 170,000 kWh of electricity per year, 11,000 cubic meters of water per year, 12,000 tons of steam per year, reduce the COD emissions by 0.05 tons per year, and reduce the ammonia nitrogen emissions by 0.006 tons per year. Through this audit, the company has achieved the goals of energy conservation, consumption reduction, pollution reduction, and efficiency improvement, better realized the expected cleaner production objectives, and obtained good economic and environmental benefits.
