R&D TEAM
With Professor Dang Guodong at its core, a research and development team consisting of 18 people has been formed. These team members are technical personnel with many years of work experience in the fields of polymer synthesis, chemical engineering processes, and chemical engineering equipment. Currently, more than ten new products and new technologies have been developed.
In recent years, we have undertaken 5 national and provincial planned projects; submitted 1 achievement for award application; applied for more than 30 patents, among which 13 invention patents have been authorized, 7 utility model patents, 2 design patents, and 16 invention patents are currently under examination. We have also participated in formulating 2 national standards, 1 industry standard, 2 group standards, and 3 enterprise standards.
R&D Platform Construction
The R&D infrastructure of the enterprise is relatively complete, with laboratories and resin pilot workshops, which can complete all experiments, pilot tests, and conversion capabilities for polymer synthesis, polymer characterization, and material performance testing.
Successively approved as the "Shandong Enterprise Technology Center", "Weihai Key Laboratory of Special Engineering Plastics", and "Weihai Sulfone Polymer Engineering Technology Research Center"; Jointly establish the "Special Polymer Materials Engineering Technology Innovation Center" with the School of Polymer Science and Engineering at Sichuan University.

Advanced testing equipment and standardized inspection processes ensure that product quality meets customer requirements.
The company has introduced imported testing equipment from the United States, Japan, Germany, and other countries to assist customers in analyzing products, conducting customized simulation experiments, and providing comprehensive technical support services.
